HOW COACHING WORKS
 oaching is not about therapy, or someone telling you what to do. A coach is a non-judgmental listener who provides encouragement and unbiased support. The focus is on your future: identifying your priorities, overcoming obstacles and helping you find the path to achieve your goals.
"I'll be your partner and focus on you: listening and proving support," Mary Ann says. "I'll ask questions to expand your thinking and clarify your goals. Together, we'll develop a plan of action to move you toward your goal. I'll bring my energy, perspective and honest feedback to each session. Quite simply, I'll be there for you!"

She'll offer you energy, perspective and honest feedback, and help you to expand your thinking and clarify your goals. She will ask you to do more than you would on your own. She'll provide the structure, support and resources needed to produce results.
Telephone sessions are scheduled from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, seven days a week. You can also email Mary Ann with your thoughts and questions - days, nights or weekends - and receive a response within 24 hours.* "You can depend on me to be there for you!
